Moorhead school board ratifies $34.525 million refunding bond sale; adviser says about $1.2 million in taxpayer savings The Moorhead Area Public Schools board on Jan. 12 ratified the issuance and sale of $34,525,000 in refunding bonds (Series 2026A).
