The only way to guarantee these conditions won't repeat and they'll be fired again, is to demand changes that created this situation:
fire and remove #EmperorM (usk), #PuppeT (rump), and RUD #DOGE that created and sustains these hostile working conditions.

Also ask that #EmperorM and #PuppeT be fired and removed, #DOGE be RUD, for their incompetence that started this.
After all there's no guarantee this won't happen again unless initiating conditions change.
