With @thescottishsun.co.uk we're campaigning to #EndSchoolMealDebt for good in Scotland. We urge all councils to act compassionately and use the Scot Gov £2.8m school meal debt fund to remove school meal debt for low-income families struggling to make ends meet.

Free school meal rule change to make 500,000 more pupils eligible Charities broadly welcome the plans, saying they hope it is a sign of more to come.

This is a really welcome commitment that Aberlour has been calling for to extend free school meals to all low income families to help #endschoolmealdebt & hidden school hunger, and to tackle child poverty. Now the Scottish Government must do the same in Scotland.
