How did you manage to fight them off? We are tenants & our service charge has gone from £85 each yearly to £400. Not a lot compared to leaseholders, but charges are often spurious & a burden on local authority & taxpayers when housing benefit covers the charges! #EndServiceAbuse #DecentHousingForAll
