Total weight loss of 14 lbs since I got serious about calories back in March. The last 1.5 lbs of that was from directing parking lot traffic for almost three weeks at our county's elections office during advance voting.
Since the election I have gained back 4 lbs. #EatingMyFeelings #EnergyCrater
