Illiana, her brother and wife were, kinda forced by their father to leave Thavnair and explore the world. He knew that the three of them needed to explore and experience more than just their home and the best way to do that is going off yourself.

While holding onto the light, parts of her body became corrupted with light in crystalline form and streaks of gold. Her eyes became gold and black, her scales started turning white and her skin became more pale over time. At one point she even started growing horns.

Face lore! The biggest things (I think) are her cheek marks and eyes. Illiana was born with purple eyes which slowly turned gold at the time of SHB due to the light corruption.

Originally Illiana's name was given to her because I was panicking and had no ideas so I gave her the name of an old Russian witch OC I had and just altered the surname. I did plan on one point at changing it but the name was too ingrained in the character so...
