The DOJ Misled a Judge About How It’s Using Voter Roll Data The acting head of the DOJ’s voting section told a judge last week that the agency had not touched the nonpublic voter roll data it has collected. That wasn’t true.

Only one problem. #DOJ’s #EricNeff was not telling #JudgeMcElroy truth.

He later admitted #DOJ is already pooling the #VoterRollData and analyzing it to identify voting irregularities.

Last week, #RI fedl Judge #MaryMcElroy asked acting chief of #DOJ voting section, #EricNeff, what it was doing with #VoterRollData recently gotten from other states.

Neff said DOJ hadn’t “done anything yet,” & that the data—which can include SSNs, DLs, DOBs, & addresses—is being kept separate.
