A3. WELL… all of these questions are super timely: I’ve become a mentor teacher this year and tasked with running a PLC since our instructional coach left just before the school year began. I’m loving working with new teachers and seeing my influence on other classrooms #edusky #everydaychangemakers

A2. I’ve always been a creative non-compliance type. If I think something is wrong/not useful to kids, I just do what I believe is right & let the results speak for themselves. Coalition-building is a definite growth area and part of it is my own discomfort with power #edusky #everydaychangemakers
