And with that, I’m done with #Fiveman! I was told it was one of the boring Sentai, and all sorts of negatives but I ended up loving the crap out of it! The first few episodes were maybe too action packed and way too weak on characters but as I grew to know the siblings I grew to enjoy them all! 1/3

#Fiveman ep 46! Meadow never existed to begin with! Vulgyre itself is the bad guy and wants to become GOD! Doldora breaks down and gets turned into a monster, Billion wants a final duel with Gaku, Gunther sacrifices himself! Gaku beats Billion in an awesome duel… super hectic episode! Loved it!
The Raging Wolf of the Galaxy! Gunther! He is really cool and I wish he had been in more episodes. He’d basically be the sixth rangers of Fiveman. #Fiveman
#Fiveman ep 45! Chevalier tries to finish off the Fiveman while Super Five Robo is down. In a dire situation Gunther comes back! Gaku is inside the Vulgyre and we learn it’s actually a giant organism that Meadow has been feeding ‘death energy’ to all along! This is getting exciting!
#Fiveman ep 44! Garao’s been scheming and turns a Gorlin into a super powerful robot that trashes Super Fiverobo! The heros have to find a way to win without it! Now there’s a power struggle within Zone!
#Fiveman ep 43! This felt like an early episode that was shuffled to the end for no reason with a monster that turns TVs into Devil TV that chase the people who watched them. Lesson of the day is kids should play outside but it’s Fumiya and not Ken at the fore front? Funny bits but pretty meh.
#Fiveman ep 42! Meadow is REALLY MAD! Chevalier uses a monster than can steal the Fiveman transformation to make the Gingaman into fake Fiveman! A badly hurt Remi confronts the fakes and break all of their transformation in public! Go Remi, you rock! She inspires her siblings and they win the day!
And with that I am done disc 6! On to the final disc for #Fiveman!
#Fiveman ep 41! Doldora uses a chameleon monster that tries to seduce Kasumi so the bad guys can learn all the weaknesses of the Fiveman. The siblings learn not to rely so much on Kasumi for chores, Kasumi frees herself from the villains’ trap and saves the day! She swears to find love one day!
#Fiveman ep 40! Billion takes advantage of a kid looking for strength to power up a demonic sword that forces its wielder to battle endlessly, Gaku takes on the kid and disarm him, then shows Billion you can’t get True Strength from a sword! Gaku’s pretty cool!
#Fiveman ep 39! A young woman from space who fell in love with Billion is manipulated by him into fighting Fiveman. It was a pretty dramatic episode with a dream-like date sequence. The girl dies and somehow Billion seems to regret it in the end? He’s hard to read.
#Fiveman ep 38! The Zone generals impersonate the Sibling Teachers to dig out a deadly monster buried beneath a rural school! Fumiya stumble on them and the Fiveman save the day! Five Tector for everyone! At the end they go back to being teachers at that school. Funny, but also heartwarming!
#Fiveman ep 37! Gaku insists on developping the new Five Tector Armor, but Ken thinks they only need to train more. A powerful fusion monster with unbreakable defenses pushes the team to the brink of destruction, and Ken decides to use the Five Tector like a BADASS! A frantic episode, no downtime!
#Fiveman ep 36! A body swap monater is causing trouble and he’s got Remi and Fumiya! And they can’t transform! But the two are twins and by using their coordination they trick the monster into swapping them back and Fiveman wins the day! Weird this plot didn’t happen sooner honestly.
#Fiveman ep 35! The villains’ plot was nothing much this episode. The real core of it was a pretty touching look at the pressure Gaku places on himself as the oldest child, and how he feels bad being the one with more memories of their parents. I really liked it! Included cute flashbacks too.
#Fiveman ep 34! Garoa is cleaning the toilets while Chevalier is Captain once again (despite not having more success mind you). He sends a land shark fusion monster to trap humans in CANS, including Kasumi, Ken and Fumiya to EAT them!!! Gaku and Remi save the day with a peculiar bait…
#Fiveman ep 33! Garoa, desperate to keep his position, tries to make a fusion monster himself that results in a weird back to back siamese monster! There’s some tornado and menko shenanigans and ultimately he gets defeated and Garoa is taken away by the Black Gorlin to who knows where.
#Fiveman ep 32! Chevalier shows up with a fusion monster capable of controlling time and he uses it to hax his way to a victory and KILLS GAKU! Kasumi then begins a clever elaborate plan to fool the monster into reversing time back to the start of the ep! She finally drives a bike as a civilian!
#Fiveman ep 31! Another Remi centric episode where she gets to kick ass in civilian form! Remi gets a prophetic dream and comes to the rescue of her MOM?!? Alive? On Earth? No it’s just an illusion concocted by Doldora! The Fiveman figure it out but they get footage hinting their mom WASN’T killed!
#Fiveman ep 30! Chevalier is using his own fused monster to challenge the team. Ken has to learn you can’t win dodgeball without a team… and the Fiveman do a Gorenger hommage with a ball. Chevalier is a fun opponent but he’s mostly an aura farmer lol
#Fiveman ep 29! Chevalier’s arrival is pushing the others officers to new heights, now they’re fusing monsters! Making them twice as strong! And they somehow found Magma Base too so they stage an attack and things get dire until Gaku makes it combine with Super Five Robo into Max Magma! So cool!
#Fiveman ep 28! Chevalier, the previous Captain before Garoa is bored of retirement and comes to Earth with a singing monster… and the Gingaman?! His voice charms the girl and torture the guys, and his giant monster trashes Star Five until the team SINGS THE THEME SONG! Strange ep.
#Fiveman ep 27! Back in Tokyo, Zone sends an assassin who can attack the team in their dreams! But he’s actually pretty weak outside the dream world and he gets foiled by a bug catching kid because he looks like a praying mantis! Straight forward episode but fun enough. And now I’m done with disc 4!

#Fiveman ep 25. They’re in Kagoshima now. A MOTW is dropping meteorites in Sakurajima to get it to explode! It used to be in a Galactic Circus with alien boy Jeeg who wants him back! It looked dicey for a moment but the pair got back together and left to be space clowns again! Fun tourism ad!
