#Fiveman ep 36! A body swap monater is causing trouble and he’s got Remi and Fumiya! And they can’t transform! But the two are twins and by using their coordination they trick the monster into swapping them back and Fiveman wins the day! Weird this plot didn’t happen sooner honestly.
#Fiveman ep 35! The villains’ plot was nothing much this episode. The real core of it was a pretty touching look at the pressure Gaku places on himself as the oldest child, and how he feels bad being the one with more memories of their parents. I really liked it! Included cute flashbacks too.
#Fiveman ep 34! Garoa is cleaning the toilets while Chevalier is Captain once again (despite not having more success mind you). He sends a land shark fusion monster to trap humans in CANS, including Kasumi, Ken and Fumiya to EAT them!!! Gaku and Remi save the day with a peculiar bait…
#Fiveman ep 33! Garoa, desperate to keep his position, tries to make a fusion monster himself that results in a weird back to back siamese monster! There’s some tornado and menko shenanigans and ultimately he gets defeated and Garoa is taken away by the Black Gorlin to who knows where.
#Fiveman ep 32! Chevalier shows up with a fusion monster capable of controlling time and he uses it to hax his way to a victory and KILLS GAKU! Kasumi then begins a clever elaborate plan to fool the monster into reversing time back to the start of the ep! She finally drives a bike as a civilian!
#Fiveman ep 31! Another Remi centric episode where she gets to kick ass in civilian form! Remi gets a prophetic dream and comes to the rescue of her MOM?!? Alive? On Earth? No it’s just an illusion concocted by Doldora! The Fiveman figure it out but they get footage hinting their mom WASN’T killed!
#Fiveman ep 30! Chevalier is using his own fused monster to challenge the team. Ken has to learn you can’t win dodgeball without a team… and the Fiveman do a Gorenger hommage with a ball. Chevalier is a fun opponent but he’s mostly an aura farmer lol
#Fiveman ep 29! Chevalier’s arrival is pushing the others officers to new heights, now they’re fusing monsters! Making them twice as strong! And they somehow found Magma Base too so they stage an attack and things get dire until Gaku makes it combine with Super Five Robo into Max Magma! So cool!
#Fiveman ep 28! Chevalier, the previous Captain before Garoa is bored of retirement and comes to Earth with a singing monster… and the Gingaman?! His voice charms the girl and torture the guys, and his giant monster trashes Star Five until the team SINGS THE THEME SONG! Strange ep.
#Fiveman ep 27! Back in Tokyo, Zone sends an assassin who can attack the team in their dreams! But he’s actually pretty weak outside the dream world and he gets foiled by a bug catching kid because he looks like a praying mantis! Straight forward episode but fun enough. And now I’m done with disc 4!

#Fiveman ep 26. Continuing the Kagoshima tourism ad with literally the funniest ep of the show so far! Once every 20 years Zone has an upside down day where the grunts are in charge and Garoa is everybody’s lackey! Antics, pratfalls, a car chase, Garoa humiliation, & amazing scenery all in one ep!
#Fiveman ep 25. They’re in Kagoshima now. A MOTW is dropping meteorites in Sakurajima to get it to explode! It used to be in a Galactic Circus with alien boy Jeeg who wants him back! It looked dicey for a moment but the pair got back together and left to be space clowns again! Fun tourism ad!
#Fiveman ep 24! Zone is training their foot soldiers to be NINJAS! In Ibaraki? One of them, no 339, is awful at it and almost executed but Remi shows him kindness, earning his loyalty! He helps the team foil Zone, showing his true skills, but you know what happens to good monsters in Sentai… 😢
#Fiveman ep 23! Fumiya and some children create a puppet show with handmade Fiveman dolls! Garoa gets SUPER mad at being the villain of the show. The villains turn the dolls into voodoo dolls! But turns out they don’t work on the civilian forms of the siblings! This was fun!
#Fiveman ep 22! Kazumi is separated from her siblings in a fight with a wandering monster. Then she meets a man who reminds her of her late father who works on a magic sunlight crystal to grow plants. The team reunite to bear the MOTW, but the man leaves to fight desertification with his crystal 💔
#Fiveman ep 21! Ken is mentoring three kids in how to do horse vaulting and tells them that humans can do anything if they try. Because of that, when a MOTW attacks, he refuses to transform before them and insists on beating it with his bare hands! And the mad lad does it! Incredible ep!
#Fiveman ep 20! Lots of stuff happens but the main thing is the robot, Star Five according to the narrator, WAS built by the dad and contained a message for the siblings! But Gunther was petrified and yeeted into space before telling Gaku where he got it. The two robots combine into Super FiveRobo!
#Fiveman ep 19! Start of a multiparter! A goofy space warrior shows up with his own robot that looks suspiciously like Foverobo, demanding a fight with the latter! Analysis proves it uses the same alloy and power system, giving the siblings hope their parents are still alive! Lots of robot action!
#Fiveman ep 18! Kazumi tries to teach a kid there’s more to life than money. The kid only learns the lesson when she protects him from a money hungry pig monster. He gives away all his savings to distract the pig to allow Fiveman to defeat him. Kazumi eps are rare so this was nice. Funny too!
#Fiveman ep 17! Fumiya falls in love with a woman who is actually Doldora in disguise! Then she sticks a spider on him to get him to kill his siblings, but said siblings clock that something’s wrong IMMEDIATELY with how Fumiya is acting. The plan is foiled, and family is the greatest power!
#Fiveman ep 16! A classic ‘monster eats all the food’ story! This time it’s a super fast space cockroach! And, somehow, learning its identity is enough for Fiveman to pull through. Remi got to pilot Fiverobo into doing kung fu once more! Quirky episode but enjoyable.
#Fiveman ep 15! Just a straight forward rivalry episode between FiveRed and Commander Garoa of Zone! There’s a bit of shenanigans when Ken pretends to be FiveRed while his brother recovers but we get some badass swords fights in this episode! Rivalries like this were always too rare in Sentai.
#Fiveman ep 14! A little girl lies about knowing the Fiveman and the villains actually believe her and force her to show them the Magna Base! Fumiya stumbles on the scene and bring her to the base where shenanigans ensue. Really original ep where the villains even FAIL to grow the MotW! Pretty fun!
#Fiveman ep 13! Great Remi showcase again! She got to kick ass without transforming against 2 main villains and the MOTW! Using music to beat an ice enemy is original and, on theme, we got the Pink & Yellow bgm AND the FiveRobo theme! And Remi got the robo finisher this episode. A+ episode!
#Fiveman ep 12! The episode starts with the team getting their asses kicked! Arthur tries to interfere and gets blasted away and ends up in a junkyard where a kid repairs him, but his memories appear lost…eventually it turns out the Hoshikawa’s Robot Dad is the team canon! Nice enough episode.
#Fiveman ep 11! Finally a focus on Blue, sorta. A student goes on a treasure hunt to rebuilt the school, and Ken goes with him. The villains are also on the hunt and the treasures turns out to be an anti-gravity stone. The villains are scared of flying Fiveman lol. Good ep. Fun whack-a-mole finale!
#Fiveman ep 10! Probably the best ep so far with a really sick looking kabuto beetle monster! The last survivor of the first planet destroyed by Zone arrives to take revenge on Doldora! Fumiya teaches him to fight to protect and not just revenge, and in the end he sacrifice himself saving the team.
