Our local Native Plant Society #FNPS installed and maintains a memorial garden. My husband and I suffered with the heat, fire ants, and mosquitoes in the garden this morning pulling weeds. Local Audubon birders congratulated us on the bird/butterfly/pollinator habitat. So, I guess it was worth it.
