好久沒這樣閒下來下班去看電影
我小時候爸爸還是會帶我們一家去行山
現在人大了基本上很少機會回望欣賞香港面貌
也是到現在才知道在這小不點香港會有這麼一個高難度超級馬拉松挑戰

每個人都有各自的人生挑戰，能夠如何地走就看自我的堅持
大部份人會選擇大眾所走的平坦大道，這種要得到人支持也是最容易
如四徑挑戰這種沒大型賽事那麼聚焦的個人挑戰
能做到獨個兒不放棄才是真正考驗

紀錄片雖然只有短短兩小時未滿
但還能從中被跑手salomon的選擇所觸動
去到鳳凰徑大嶼山山頂的配樂尤其感動

能有陪著你堅持走下去的人真的得來不易

香港地方仍然美麗，人還可以讓我動容嗎

而本片的確很好看，主菜是比賽過程，看一班跑友艱辛的比賽過程，當中的面對困難，心理以至生理上的受傷，最終是完成還是要棄賽，我是相當感動，而配菜是香港風景，本片影得香港相當美，特別是香港郊野的特別之處於: 市中心與郊區可以相當近，可以只是半小時，但郊野的風景又可如此動人。

無論你身處何方，同喜不喜歡跑步，本片絕對值得入場!!!

講聲先，我是一個跑友，同我很早已留意 #Hk4UTC ，每日農曆新年都會係網上追踪比賽情況，也有朋友曾落場參予，所以對有電影紀錄一班"痴線跑友"，係呢場"瘋狂賽事"，是絕對很期待，所以係2023年嘅HKAFF，已入場睇過了，今次是二刷了。
