I watched this. It's actually pretty scary because it's really evident he's in cognitive free fall. Did anyone catch the bit about the clamp on the paper almost snapping his finger? I'm watching him start rambling incoherently about this large plastic clip and feeling this existential dread as I'm reminded this idiot is considering going to war with Greenland and, consequently, NATO. This isn't a snarky talking point anymore. Congress and the VP really do need to use the 25th Amendment to remove him. The danger his remaining in power represents is incalculable.
