The Defense Appropriations Act #HR4016 is being rammed through by including as many of the 330 amendments as one amendment effecting limited debate.
It’s… TIIIIMMMEEE for Congress’s annual ritual of handing the Pentagon more money than it needs, wants, or can keep track of and directing it to do a bunch of things that, by and large, make us all less safe.
