The idea back when was that the curse wasn't controlling Providence, but was subtly influencing her aesthetic choices, as the next promised-bride-to-be for the dragon. As Providence's tiefling mom, half-elf grandmother, and drow great grandmother had been. All part of Great Granny's deal for power. Providence is not keen on the notion, and wants the power and/or influence to kill the dragon, and free herself and her mom. She's not keen on dragons in general due to her family's history with them.

A more nsfw glance at Providence, beneath what little clothes she had. Bittenhard drew it up for me to use as reference later when I figured out I really wanted to go with a more round-fluffy-cloudy look for Providence's pubes.
