Balrog from the Capcom series Street Fighter trying to make Kazooie from Banjo Kazooie kiss Falco Lombardi from Star Fox. This is a parody of Mike Tyson and his fondness of birds and the idea is that Balrog might reflect that interest as well. Kazooie looks like she isn't wanting any part of this as she grits her beak. Balrog is saying "Now Kith" using the last lisp that Mike Tyson has.
