Isn’t his surname Chen (which is a Chinese name)? According to Wiki his father is the Chinese director Chen Kaige (who made #FarewellMyConcubine) & his mother is actress Chen Hong
He was probably known as Arthur growing up though
But a lot of Chinese actors also have English name alternatives
