It's not easy to live like this, but I shield with very thick (1 inch) aluminum foil pads over area for I've seen what they do there: damage the muscle and sculpt in the layer of fat and skin what's called a #FatApron, to have it as a fold over the lower region.

For years #ZERSETZUNG have been trying to force a #FatApron by #lasering a separation line above the pubic area to force skin and fat hang over it.
So I have been wearing an aluminum pad to cover the area at all times.
