Shout out to @DoubleTree Glasgow! My wife and I were 2 hours into a 3.5 hour journey home last week when we realised she'd left her favourite PJs in the room. Housekeeping found them, kept them and when we called, arranged to send them back. #GoodCustomerService #FavouriteJammies
