Asked #Fidium tech rep for supervisor. None on duty?? Got supervisor callback 2 days later, but missed the call so they left a message with a name saying I could call them. But calling back got mired in superfluous questions trying to identify me beyond the phone number they'd just tried to call.

A #Fidium router can only be managed via the Attune app on a phone, not via web. This is a serious problem. #MetroPCS may not be giving me latest version of that app; it didn't have menu options the customer service person thought should be there. The said my only option might be buy my own router.
