A ★★★★ review of Nightfall (1956) Another excellent film noir from Jacques Tourneur (OUT OF THE PAST). Aldo Ray is an artist who we learn is on the run. Anne Bancroft is a model who unwittingly gets involved and Ray takes her with him (though she's quite willing) in order to protect her.
