Unfortunately about a hundred years of #FirstAmendmentIsBadLaw uphold the claim that non-living things can have rights.
In other words the #USConstitutionIsFascist insofar as both the country and the corporations have "rights" in the sense of living things.
We banned that at the UN. In 1948.

Under #FirstAmendmentIsBadLaw there are decades of interpretations that legal persons need not be living things at all nor clearly represent interests of anything alive. Not fixable.
