The rioters have won, but at what cost as citizens lay in the streets, ones that couldn't flee in time, ones that couldn't save the others.. The bodies of the police lay, scattered and beaten, both standing their ground and running away.. There are no true winners, just those who survive.. At all costs.
This was, without a fucking doubt, the best Epsi event I have had the honor to run as the combat dm. A shout thanks to the whole Fission Heights team that worked together with visuals, DMing, and combat for the players.
