PHOTO FINISH for third in the women's big final! Charlotte Bankes chased down by the field, but just holds off Mia Clift for the final spot on the podium. French 1-2 of Julia Nirani-Pereira and Chloe Trespeuch.
Still, fourth place for Clift is her best result of this young season.

Josie Baff finishes second in the small final for sixth place overall. Three-wide with Moioli and Eva Adamczykova on one corner doesn't work out and it's Adamczykova who gets squeezed out.
But wait! Race under review! Moioli ranked as last after that incident! Baff moved up to first!

Josie Baff finishes 3rd in her semi-final to move into the small final, but Mia Clift is into the big final after finishing second in her semi-final! Almost had a coming-together with Michela Moioli as the Italian nearly touched Clift's board with her own before taking a spill.

In fairness to Cam, there's merit to coming from the back on this track given how many riders have done just that to get a top 2 spot in a heat this weekend, but not from the distance he gave himself to make up on that occasion.

Cameron Bolton and Adam Lambert in the one quarter-final, and Lambert finishes second whilst a slow start from Bolton (0.6 seconds off the pace out the gate) condemned him to last place despite pulling back a fair chunk of the deficit.

Josie Baff and Mia Clift both through to the women's semi-finals. Baff was second in a heat that saw the top 3 covered by 0.13 seconds, whilst Clift used the slipstream perfectly to get past 2024/25 World Cup winner Lea Casta in the final metres.
