An orange flower like a water lily is at the top right corner with a green lily pad underneath just bobbing in the water with a color of a deep blue and green. The water has colors of green like lily pads, Weather reflections or the lily pads themselves. The painting is predominantly, dark blue with hints of green and black. In different shades of blue. The painting Is on unrolled linen which I’ve nailed to the wall. Eventually, I’ll put it on stretcher bars to be properly hung. I’m not sure if the painting is finished. Often I have to let it sit. I might add suntan in the middle. I might leave it as it is. Sometimes simplicity is best.
This may or may not be finished. It’s the unrolled linen painting I have nailed to the wall. I had covered up a lot of the previous orange flowers using remaining paint. When you zoom in on the picture, you can see the texture where they used to be. #flowers #FlowerPaintings #FlowerPower
Bloomed flowers. Maybe zinnias like a the ones that came up in my mother’s garden. A red-orange corner of one in the corner. A big purple one with an orange center in the center a turquoise one in the left bottom corner with an orange-red center. The top of a green one just the pedals at the bottom center a purple one with a yellowish orange center in the bottom, right. In the top right an orange red one with a brown between all the color is yellow. Whether it’s pedals or just a yellow background, you get to decide.
