A drawing of a creature known as a myceliatops. It is a creature that blends the features of ceratopsians, bulls, rhinos and tapirs. It is covered in fungus-like structures that make up its armour, head crest and even its horns. The structures have a very desert/sandy colour scheme with some pale blue hues to break up the warmer colours.

There are many peculiar members of the unguligrowth family of magical creatures, but one is strange even by their standards.

This is the myceliatops, not a true ceratopsian mind you, but one would be forgiven for making that assumption.

It strongly resembles something between a sloth and a gibbon, however it has disproportionately large arms and huge claws, but its legs are almost nonexistent, replaced with two vestigial claws. It also has a long, prehensile tail. Its fur is matted and covered in moss and other organic material and its head is covered in a bony, pinecone-like structure that has a small gap in the middle where more plant matter is growing.

The slingafling is a creature that spends 80% of its life "hanging about" as a stationary lump of organic matter and the other 20% shooting through the trees at a frightening speed.

It has small eyes and the nostrils are above the face, transitioning into the upper head sail. It has fin-like structures down its tail and it has keratin spurs protruding from its ankles. The additional sketch above the main drawing shows a side view of the zekkra's face as it hisses.

The zekkra (also known as a false zebra) is a predator like no other. Capable of shapeshifting into an ordinary zebra, the zekkra infiltrates herds and takes down its prey from within.

A creature known as a howler. It has a dark black and greyish-brown coat with cream and rust-coloured markings. Its head is long and banana-shaped with a set of tusks, protruding lower teeth for foraging and a small set of horns. Its front legs are larger and more muscular than the back legs. On its back are a set of sharp quills. Overall the creature resembles a cross between a wolf, bear, warthog, giant anteater and a porcupine with influences from a bearded vulture.

The howler is a pack creature known for its haunting howl that some have described as a cross between the howl of a wolf, the squeal of a boar and the wail of a human.

Named for its preference for hunting on the moors at dusk & dawn, especially during foggy days, the moorscrag's weapon of choice are those gangly talons that can strangle its prey to death.

These are known as swirlybirds, and a number of them are frolicking in the stream, sitting on the rocks and some baby swirlybirds are playing near Kimi. Kimi is saying "Hello swirlybirds!" Panel 3 - Kimi is hopping along the rocks near a misty lake. The scene is generally grey and gloomy with some rain starting to fall. From the lake, a huge, swan-like monster emerges to inspect Kimi, and Kimi responds by waving and shouting "Hello, sabre-toothed swan!" Panel 4 - It is evening and the forest is filled with pink and purple hues. In the undergrowth on some mossy tree roots, some small, white amphibian creatures (known as crying stars due to their star-shaped sensory organs) have gathered. Kimi crouches down and says to them "Aw, look at you guys! You're so cute and squeaky!"

A creature known as a loodwouse. They are bipedal with a stocky build, stumpy hippo-like feet, a long neck and a wide head with long ears. Their skin is grey and parts of them are covered in chitin plates. They also have a set of antennae.

I've done some updated art for the loodwouse from the #Flowerpunk universe. These magical beings play an important role in maintaining the ecosystem of the undergrowth and they also like to sleep curled up in a ball buried under the warm soil.

Its tongue is similar to a snake's.

Some body sketches of a greentrail. The first sketch is a silhouette to demonstrate how far the vines spread out from its body. The second image is a close-up view showing the vulture-like hunched posture. The vines wrap around it like a shawl, concealing the body underneath. The third image demonstrates the greentrail's long, bony arm and how the vines sprout from them. The fingers are long and skeletal with long, untrimmed fingernails. The fourth image is the greentrail minus its vines. Its body is scrawny and snake-like, though the upper part has a set of forelimbs that are neatly tucked in. The arms are usually not visible.

Two more sketches of the greentrail. The first drawing is a passive greentrail standing eerily still, its vines wrapped around it like a shawl. The second drawing demonstrates the greentrail becoming aggressive, hissing and spreading its arms so that the underbelly is visible and the vines are outstretched.

The greentrail is a very peculiar monster that dwells in the darkest parts of temperate rainforests. It has many prehensile vines sprouting from its body that it spreads throughout the forest floor in order to ensnare unsuspecting prey, which sometimes includes people.

The Greater Drop Bear is an ambush predator and also the distant cousin of the koala. There were once believed to be two species - greater and lesser drop bears. However it was eventually discovered that the lesser drop bear was merely the joey of the adult.
