I am spending some time today for myself. Just boop bopping, listening to my book, and going wherever the wind takes me. Went to this cute café and nearby. I found some bagels!

Made some zucchini rings for lunch. Also tried to make some homemade dip to go with them. It turned out pretty good! Tho I still havent figured out how to make veggies crispy but not burnt and not super mushy when using the oven.
I'll make this again. I'm a huge squash fan.

Made myself a pumpkin spice latte! It turned out delicious definitely sense mine had real pumpkin in it as well as the spices. I also made some cold foam to go with it!

Had another bagel! This time I made it into a veggie sammich. Would recommend just simple ingredients. This one had a cheddar Jalapeño bagel with spicy cream cheese, tomatoes, and cucumber.

Yesterday, on my skate to the AZFC BBQ I ran into a Voodoo doughnuts! I had myself a delicious Homer doughnut. But also was reminded how incredibly sweet that doughnut was lol.

I went to the Scale and Feather meadery today to try their new Strawberry mead. It was delicious! On my scooter ride back, I found a BBQ food truck! Got myself some super tender brisket, potatoe salad, and the best cream corn I had in a hot minute.
