#GeraldoLunasCampos, a 55-year-old #Cuban migrant who was arrested by #ICE in July last year, murdered (asphyxia due to neck & chest compression) on 3 Jan. He had been in ICE custody at #CampEastMontana, a #SprawlingTentCamp at the #FortBlissMilitaryBase in #ElPaso.
