Believe it or not, I actually had a LOT of trouble when I first made this drawing. I just could not get it right, and I eventually got frustrated and submitted it, anyway... and it looked pretty terrible, I'm not going to lie. His face was just all wrong, his colors were a little bright, and his thumb on his right hand was even on the wrong side. Long story short, I went back into Photoshop and attempted to fix it about four or five times, to the point it hardly looks the same as when it started out. In the end, I think it turned out pretty good... but geez, the journey to GET here was one rocky road. And all for a character who helps lure children to an island that turns them into jackasses. Or jackamules, as Kingdom Hearts censored it to.

Honest John! He's from Disney's Pinocchio (1940). A completely trustworthy and friendly guy, for sure. I mean, just look at his name! 😬

I actually drew him a bunch around this time. I might post the others later!
