The Fourth Avenue Bridge during one of the lowest tides of the year. The upper bridge is white and lined with lamp posts. Since the tide is out, the lower bridge structure is revealed. It is dark from being submerged at high tide for decades in Puget Sound seawater. As seen from the boardwalk along the Olympia waterfront.
