He throws the spoon back at her but puts his phone away nonetheless. “He’s not my boyfriend, dingus.” Robin gasps, pointing at him with her glue gun. “Excuse me! You can’t dingus me, dingus! How dare you use my special nickname for you against me!” Steve just laughs at her and sits up, pulling one of her fluffy pillows into his lap. “Anyway, he’s not your boyfriend yet.” She continues, focusing back on her costume, stabbing the cereal boxes with the plastic spoons and gluing them in place. “You’re like a fungus, you’ll grow on him.” “Gee thanks,” Steve monotones.

His voice has an air of sarcasm, like he’s trying to imply that Steve looks goofy wrapped up in his sheet, but his eyes are dragging across Steve’s pecs hungrily. “Thanks.” Steve’s not self-conscious, he knows he looks good. “It’s too bad you seem to think the dress code is beneath you.” Steve rests his hand on the counter and leans into Eddie’s space, caging him in a little bit, and tugging at his plaid flannel. “I’ll leave the toga-wearing to your kind.” “Hmm, I dunno, I think you’d look cute in a toga. Maybe you can try mine on later.” Eddie sputters in his cup of jungle juice, looking at Steve accusingly. Steve decides to go for gold, grabbing a piece of pineapple out of the top of Eddie’s cup and popping it into his mouth. “Y’know what they say about pineapples, Munson?” Eddie barks out a laugh. “So, what? Did one of the sorority girls make it to protect herself from nasty-tasting frat boy spunk?” Steve lowers his eyes, rakes them over Eddie’s form, and licks his lips. He shifts closer into Eddie’s space so his pec is pressed against Eddie’s arm, hair tickling where Eddie’s sleeve is pushed up. “No, I made it…for you. So drink up.” He winks, gently using the tips of his fingers to guide the cup back toward Eddie’s mouth.
