Nächster Termin ist der 12. Juni.

Today, the hearing of Malta against the #ElHiblu3 was postponed again as the Attorney General claims to not have received a notification and therefore was not prepared.
We‘ll continue on 12 June in the courts of Valletta.
Those delays need to stop.

Das Berufungsgericht in #Valetta wies heute den Einspruch der #ElHiblu3 gegen die Zuständigkeit #Maltas für alle neun Anklagepunkte zurück, und bis zur Hauptverhandlung sollen die Angeklagten in Haft bleiben.
