That his qualifications for managing the world's most powerful military were, broadly speaking, strong opinions and good hair. Funny how they're exactly the ones Hegseth just removed. Their replacements come with one qualification: complete loyalty to the vision. Five hundred years of hard-won, blood-soaked knowledge. Shown the door by a television presenter.
