Hugo, the black and silver miniature schnauzer is sat down on a grassy path in the New Forest this morning. He is slightly side on, but facing the camera. Hugo is wearing an orange collar and an orange bow tie with teeny tiny schnauzers on it. His paws and beard are all damp from schnauzering in the Forest. Hugo is wearing a dried copper coloured fern leaf in his beard. This isn’t just some random bit of foliage he’s picked up, oh no, this, is FASHION. Part of his self titled Spring/Summer 2026 collection, the dried fern represents Hugo’s core genre of defiance of expectations, autumnal hues against an expectation of spring brightness. It’s a lifestyle.
