I am fascinated by the style of Boss Naruebet Kuno (director of ITSAY, #Gelboys, and #TheParadiseOfThorns). Now, while watching #BurnoutSyndrome, I’m also impressed by Nuchy Anucha Boonyawatana, who also directed #NotMeTheSeries.

I'm not good at associating directors with series' titles BUT Boss Naruebet Kuno who worked both on 2025 #Gelboys and 2020 #IToldSunsetAboutYou (and sequel) is probably my fav Thai director cause... I mean... Masterpieces... 🙈

- Which BL actors stood out in 2025?
For me it's New (Fourmod), PJ (Baabin) and Leon (Bua) from #GelBoys. As it's (almost) their first role it's crazy how good they were at playing flawed teens with their hormones, bad days and bad decisions. I look forward to their next works!

Biggest surprise (exceeded expectations)
I try to approach life with low expectations to avoid disappointment, but I do have them once in a while. And the one that really surprised me was #Gelboys because it's so well done. I ended up loving it.

This one is easy for me: #Gelboys, especially when it comes to the masculine/feminine gay portrayal. It fully skipped #ThaiBl standard prototypes. Not only that, but it introduced something completely new and so fun: nail art 💅

I had so many characters I loved this year. For their brains, charisma or perfect fashion style, but the one that got to me the most was Bua 🪷 #Gelboys
Complex and flawed, he desperately looks for love while struggling with his own perception of self. I adore him.
