I enjoyed my first ever conference at #GSA2024 ! I presented a poster on accelerometer-derived PA, sleep efficiency, and their associations with mortality among older adults in the UK Biobank. Full paper with additional findings (hopefully) coming soon.

But it still feels voyeuristic and gross to watch a 58-year-old man step into a boxing ring with a 27-year-old man.
