Everything I said I was going to get done, I’ve done.
Everything on my “todo” lists for my backyard and Garden, I DID/Or facilitated in getting accomplished.
I broke things down, and it’s been going great.
I went back through my “todo” lists from day 1, and Holy Shitballs Batman. #GardenOasis 🤯
Drying racks on Back patio, during the warmer weather: until I get the clothesline, installed. I AM ECSTATIC FOR FRESH CLEAN BEDDING! Might take my blankets, and pillows, and air them out. This weekend it’s supposed to rain #GardenOasis #JustAWitchTryingToUseLessElectricity 🧺🩵
Then moved wood that was rotten onto the Wood Pile, and raked the soil even, then got my plants watered. Side note: got thee cheapest sprayer to attach to the hose, which works BEAUTIFULLY! Got laundry on the patio, drying too! #GardenOasis 🧺
One last thing, the water barrels there’s roughly three, will be taken to the curb; the others, I’ve had at em with a hammer / Metal Rod, and will be properly destroyed and then recycled. I’ve come to realize I am a pro at using an Axe, to fix things in the garden. 🤣🪓 #GardenOasis #WitchThings
Been enjoying the 60-75° weather and handling as much as I can. 3 hours can get so much done, I’ve realized. However I do need to purchase more grass seed. I did get the areas I needed to seed, seeded. I just have a few more spots to seed. I can almost have a hammock out back, now. 🙌🏼 #GardenOasis
All I have to do is cultivate a small area of thé backyard. As well as set up a perimeter só the dogs don’t try and scale the wood pile. As well as seed where I haven’t been able too. Get the pond area situated a bit more, add some gravel, get everything in the ground,&my clothes line. #GardenOasis
Got a ton of dried blackberry brambles into piles só I can use my hedger and chop everything up to put in the compost bin. Other than that I’ve been tossing stray wood bits, in a pile to dump in the compost. The Fresh air, especially through the house is perfect, w/this warm weather.😍 #GardenOasis
Got my 6w x 7hx 8d Green House up. I’ve cultivated and gone over certain spots, until the soil was perfect. Seeded everything. Hose attached to the Spiget to the house. I got frustrated and decided not to use the water cube until I was more patient. C-bowed green b-berries. #Gardensky #GardenOasis
Over the Weekend: Got the tomato bed cultivated, twice. Also cultivated almost half the backyard. Yanked out so many Blackberry Root systems! And got grass seed going! ALL BY MYSELF! 💪🏼😤 #GardenOasis #GardenSky
Got the electric mower going, got the front yard mowed down, and by sidewalk. Wood piles are GONE! Grass is starting to pop up in yhe bald areas of the yard #GardenOasis
So #GardenOasis update, 1,000$ for removal of ALL the wood in the backyard. Which is roughly like 6-9 trailer loads. Again costly, and will pay for it. This is the last thing to go before I can rake and disperse the rest, before cultivating it, and reseeding the yard. #IHaveADecentChunkOfBackYard 😩
Well… wood piles can’t be moved due to wood rot that goes all the way up the pile. I’m beyond angry, I’m in tears. I genuinely cannot deal, with this. Just give me a break, goddamn. #GardenOasis
Dreading moving the wood piles (3) but needing to get it done. Daunting as it may be, it’s gotta get done. It’s the largest part of clean up that is prohibiting me from getting the yard up to snuff. I wish I could scoop it all up, and give it to people who want it. 😩 #GardenOasis #DauntingTasks
My backyard looks crazy, but I can get from Patio, to old Hot House and found a ton of old White Quartz / White Quartz Gravel my Dad used for the side yard, and will be UTILIZING IT ALL FOR MY GARDEN! That’s a huge bonus of the cleanup. 🤣 #Witchsky #GardenOasis

Got the old Compost area demolished, moved extra brick, got the mower fired up/used it a bit, evened out the area near the back, it’s a little bit more, level. Realized my backyard sinks in, raked up B-Berry brambles. Backyard got that Wabi Sabi & that’s beautiful! #GardenOasis #Gardensky #Witchsky
Burped the house, vacuumed, spot clean areas on the floor,laundry going,moved all potted plants onto the patio, re-seeded front yard, planted my Chamomile, Catnip, Coriander, Spinach, ARP

Also picked up some Red Hot Poker plants for momma, so she is part of the garden. Also they’re great for pollinators! Everything is going slow, but it’s going! I am learning patience, problem solving, and getting a lot of extra enrichment 😆

Couldn’t get my mower going só used my Hedger instead. Not ideal but it got done. Got a Seeder, and the fast growing grass seed, plants moved to the patio. Going to plant some herbs I purchased a week ago. Giving myself a bit of rest, but eveything is going well! #Gardening #GardenOasis #HardWork
Didn’t break down the other water barrels, but that’s for tomorrow. I did drain an old hard plastic kiddie pool that accumulated many an item. Dragged it to the trailer. Moved the H2O cube to the curb. Raked a ton of compostable up, and got them in the bin. #GardenOasis
96.10$ for everything. Dipped in to the piggy bank. Which is fine. But got it DONE, and gone. Now I’m gonna go home,empty and break the remaining water barrels, toss em in the trailer, and move my second planter, and move my potted plants. 🙂↕️ #GardenOasis #GardenIsComingAlong #Gardening

Taking stuff to the dump tomorrow, getting the ball rolling on remaining backyard cleanup. I NEED the 3 cords of wood picked up, from my backyard. It would alleviate a massive burden, for me, and give me more yard space. As well as an old H2O cube, I don’t need anymore. 😩 #GardenOasis
Did some outside work, got the recycling bin filled with recyclables from the backyard, emptied a couple more H2O barrels, raked the yard, got the small wood pile sorted, Fixed the gate, and let the dogs get some backyard time. Showered, and remade my bed. #GardenOasis #DidItByMyself

Moved one of the planters: planter first, then went and moved the dirt, as it’s bottomless. Dug up some plants and transplanted them, in the planter, outback. Going to leave some of the soil/steer manure mix and spread it and reseed the areas in the front that need a hair transplant. #GardenOasis
Started on #GardenOasis at 8:45, I am now making lunch, then bailing my standing planters soil out and moving them to the backyard. My back is starting to hurt, but this will be worth it! #ItWillBeWorthIt #ISayAsICurseBlackberriesAndTheirRootSystems 😭
