Sweet cherries(Lapins) in a mesh bag to try to discourage the critters. Many are dying of fungal diseases. Cherries just don't like me.
Plums that are still green. They are coming along.
Honeycrisp apples in a mesh bag to try and discourage the critters. They are months away from ripening.
Paw paw fruit. Barely set. A long way from maturity. I won't eat it anymore anyway, so if it doesn't ripen before the first freeze, meh.

My flowering dogwood with a photo bomb from Pippin.
One thing I like about goumi berries is that they ripen over a long period and not all at once.

Smoke bush flower buds.
Rhody flowers. Pale pink with bright pink stamens. I caught a local bee in the flower.
I find paw paw flowers fascinating. Opening green, then turning deep purple. Like a mini tulip. I am told they smell like bad meat to attract beetles to pollinate them, but I don't smell anything.

Wisteria is starting to flower
A volunteer ash grew up where my choke cherry died. Can't decide if I want to keep it.
Damn squirrels from the looks of it. Always some critter trying to mess with me. We'll try making things a little hotter.
