I counted 26 people waiting outside a coffee shop on Sth Dowling St, Paddington end at 1.10pm today as I cycled past. Masks yes. But 1-2 metres apart, which flies in the face of latest Delta health advice. Not the behaviour of people who understand the threat. #GladysMockDown
