Rain stands in a garden of tombstone shaped hedges with humans suffering hanahaki inside them. He kicks a foot up and smells a recently pulled bouquet of bloody, purple flowers with a smile. He says, “Knowing I can’t reciprocate, they still chose to love me SO deeply… desperate to convey that love, they gifted me beautiful flowers. Will your love for me blossom, too?” The word, “beautiful” is colored with the colors of all the flowers in the garden growing in the ribcages and mouths of the people in the hedges. The last sentence he said is colored red like the blood dripping from all of the flowers. The point of view is of another individual in a hedge with yellow tulips almost fully bloomed in their ribcage. On Rain’s raincoat is an aromantic flag patch. On the windowsill furthest away is a vase with pulled flowers from each person, cleaned on display.
