City staff seeks resolution to authorize previously recorded and adjusted easements tied to KPH Holdings solar grant application City staff said a title company requested updated documents to support a grant application for KPH Holdings’ community benefit solar farm. The resolution circulated would authorize execution of a previously approved easement and a new adjusted easement and abrogate a 1910 construction easement; council placed the resolution on the regular agenda.

The city is set to take a significant step towards a community benefit solar farm by updating easements for KPH Holdings, but they need your support to move forward!
