Graham County adopts ADU (casita) ordinance to comply with state law The board adopted Ordinance 2025-1 adding accessory-dwelling-unit regulations to the county zoning code to comply with House Bill 2928 and cited state statutes, allowing one attached and one detached ADU on lots under an acre and an additional unit on lots above one acre.
