My very first rochet granny square ever. I learned this skill in early 2025 so I could make a book blanket. This is smaller than the blanket squares with the following rows beginning at the center: 2 rows pink 2 rows ivory 1 row black

At 10:30pm tonight I learned that today, August 15, is Granny Square Day! This year I'm on granny overload with my #bookblanket but I was able to find the original to share now. My very first granny square ever was made early this year. #GrannySquareDay2025 #crochet #grannysquare
