Link enters the darkened part of northern Hyrule to take on the Shrine Quest in the pitch-black maze. It is too dark to see anything. Link: Okay, might as well get this mess over and done with. A maze in darkness over a tar pit, how fun. Link: I guess this is a step up from Vah Rudania, but still not a desired situation to be in. (I'm blind enough in real life!) Link: No wait, I have a torch! Cool, that should make this way easier! Link the lights the torch, unaware of the Blue Hinox towering over him at this very moment.

Oaki wanders deep into the Great Hyrule Forest, a deep fog covering the entire wood, as the silhouette of Link trails behind him. Oaki (far off): I'll find that Shrine, no sweat! Link: I'd rather just walk with this thing to the Shrine, but whatever. The fog should make hiding easier. A wolf howls too close for comfort with an "AROOOOOOOOOOOOO". Oaki (still far off): Ooh, spooky! Link [(not) visibly anxious]: ... And I guess I'll get some meat too. Cool.
