#GrosMichel bananas can't be grown in large amounts due to the fungus, & were replaced by the #Cavendish variety. That's why "bananas don't taste like they used to" nor do they taste like banana candy.

Apparently, the variety #grosmichel is what the banana flavouring is based on.

But the variety is functionally extinct, not viable for commercial growing anymore due to a fungus that attacks it.

This is a pudding charm based on the Gros Michel (banana Joker card) in Balatro! The lid is removed to reveal the pudding as a squishie. Even though you can't tell via the image, it smells like custard.
