This is Imtiaz Hussain, he has been in regime custody for almost two years. He was brought to the hospital today in chains after suffering a heart attack in jail. He is one of the #Gujranwala51 who were convicted in a sham and dubious trial.

When their families first came on social media in March, the heartbreaking stories of the #Gujranwala51 were heard.

Fifty-one citizens that the criminal justice system not just failed but actively entrapped.
