Ah. This is about Guy Gavriel Kay. I had not known this.
I stopped reading him after the liberal racist writes Marty Sue Historical AUs got old, but I have enjoyed his work. Sorry to hear this, and yes, I will believe this one unsourced post and cite #GuyGavrielKay as a predator accordingly.
