Star Trek L-Cars design theme plank challenge with progressively longer times from 20 seconds at the start to 3 minutes at the finish on 11/3 for November. Riding on Zwift this morning and the app placed me at the head of a race. Immediately passed by 50 people way stronger than me… real confidence builder, that is.
