A cropped portion of the cover from the French edition of TGCF vol. 4. In it, Hua Cheng is wearing red robes with a deep v-cut to them, leaving a large swathe of his chest bared but still covering his nipples (though if the robes slipped they would easily be bared). Under the robes he has on what appears to be a black leather neck piece that extends down to mid upper-chest, then ends, baring skin until the top of a waist corset peeks above his robes and belt.
