Dough pressed out, not rolled 10 to 12" thin crust size

Apple, pear, smoked Gouda with a balsamic reduction drizzled on

Pizza day! An after Thanksgiving tradition. Used pizza stone for first 1/2 cook and center rack to finish. 6 thin pizzas per dough batch. Overnight rise in fridge. Anything goes with shapes and toppings. I'll reply to this post w additional pics. #pizza #hackerskitchen
